Because our services involve customized artwork and embroidery files, we do not offer full refunds once a design has been digitized or vectorized
However, we do offer the following:
Free minor revisions within 7 days of delivery
Refunds only if we are unable to complete your order within the agreed timeline
If you are not satisfied with the delivered files, please contact us at
info@wonderdigitizing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
